Shipping & Handling Information

SHIPPING CHARGES are determined by weight, size of container and delivery time.

SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping time is based on deliveries to the U.S. 48 contiguous states and business days (not including weekends or holidays).

We ship daily, Monday through Friday. All orders received before 1 pm CT will be shipped the same day you call or place an order. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT to ship the same day you call or place an order.

SHIPPING/PICK UP OPTIONS:

  • For domestic deliveries we use UPS, the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE (USPS), and SPEE-DEE DELIVERY in the U.S. 48 contiguous states. For Spee-Dee Delivery we offer these domestic shipping services only in those areas covered by this delivery service.
  • For all international and deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska we will ship USPS.
  • In addition, customer pick up is welcomed by appointment only at our facility.

SHIPPING SERVICES:

  • UPS Next Day Air* - if the items you order are in-stock, and we receive your order prior to 1 pm CT, you will receive your order the next business day, before 1 pm, your time. Examples: Order is placed Monday, and meets the requirements shown above, you will receive the order on Tuesday. Order is placed Friday, and meets the requirements shown above, you will receive the order on Monday.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air* - if the items you ordered are in-stock, and we receive your order prior to 1 pm CT, you will receive your order within 2 business days, prior to 6 pm, your time. Examples: Order is placed Monday, and meets the requirements shown above, you will receive the order on Wednesday. Order is placed Friday, and meets the requirements shown above, you will receive the order on Tuesday.
  • UPS 3-Day Select* - if the items you ordered are in-stock, and we receive your order prior to 1 pm CT, you will receive your order within 3 business days, prior to 6 pm, your time. Examples: Order is placed Monday, and meets the requirements shown above, you will receive the order on Thursday. Order is placed Friday, and meets the requirements shown above, you will receive the order on Wednesday.
  • UPS Ground (Commercial)* - ships to your commercial address. (Use if you want your order sent to where you work.) If the items you ordered are in-stock, and we receive your order prior to 1 pm CT, you will receive your order within 5 business days, prior to 6 pm, your time.
  • UPS Ground (Residential)* - ships to your home address. If the items you ordered are in-stock, and we receive your order prior to 1 pm CT, you will receive your order within 5 business days, prior to 6 pm, your time.
  • USPS Priority Mail* is available for most packages and will be delivered in 2-3 days. Hawaii and Alaska shipments are included with this service.
  • USPS First Class Mail* is available on most items weighing less than 1 pound. Delivery insurance is not included with this type of shipment but can be added by the buyer.
    International service is available through both UPS and the US Postal Service in Priority Mail International and First Class International.

*PLEASE NOTE: Some large items can ONLY be shipped via ground service. As a result, shipping time may be longer and shipping rates may be more expensive. ADDITIONALLY, please also note that, due to size and weight constraints, some items may ship separately from the remainder of your order. You will not be charged more than the amount you have previously authorized at the time you placed your order.

VISIBLE DAMAGE TO SHIPMENT:
IF YOU NOTICE DAMAGE AT RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT, HAVE THE DRIVER FOR THE FREIGHT COMPANY NOTE THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF DAMAGES ON THE FREIGHT BILL. NOTIFY THE CARRIER'S OFFICE TO INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE. FILE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AT ONCE. ON UPS SHIPMENTS NOTIFY OUR OFFICE PERSONNEL ABOUT THE DAMAGE AND WE WILL FILE THE CLAIM. IN FILING A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER YOU MAY MAKE A CASH ADJUSTMENT FOR FULL VALUE, ARRANGE TO HAVE REPAIRS MADE, OR REPLACE THE MERCHANDISE.

CONCEALED DAMAGE TO SHIPMENT:
IF DAMAGE IS NOTICED WHEN MERCHANDISE IS UNPACKED, NOTIFY CARRIER'S OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AND ASK TO HAVE IT INSPECTED. DO NOT DESTROY PACKING MATERIALS UNTIL SHIPMENT IS INSPECTED AND CLAIM SETTLED.

SHORTAGES TO SHIPMENT:
ALL SHORTAGES TO SHIPMENT MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN THREE DAYS TO OUR OFFICE. CHECK NUMBER OF CARTONS DELIVERED WITH THE QUANTITY SHOWN ON YOUR RECEIPT. IF QUANTITIES DO NOT TALLY, HAVE DRIVER NOTE SHORTAGE. ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SHOULD BE FILED IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CARRIER MAKING DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR. THEN NOTIFY US.
