A customer service representative will assist you with your return. When contacting us please include or have your PGO Order Number or Item Number and indicate the reason for your return.
When returning merchandise please include a copy of your order. Then please wrap the package securely and ship to the address on the invoice. For your protection, it is recommended that you use UPS or USPS Priority Mail for shipment. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns of merchandise to Prairie Grass Outfitters will be accepted if:
- Merchandise is returned less than 30 days of receipt of your order
- Merchandise is not opened, in new condition, and with its original packaging, tags and accessories
Returns of merchandise to Prairie Grass Outfitters will not be returnable if:
- Merchandise is damaged or has been installed
- Merchandise is electrical
- Books will not be accepted for return
- Merchandise was not purchased originally from the Prairie Grass Outfitters
In addition, with regard to returns:
- Shipping Charges will not be refunded
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- All items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking charge
Items that were shipped freight free and the purchaser did not like them or they were the wrong size will be subject to outbound freight charges for replacement.
