The walls, top and floor on Ruff Land Kennels also have built-in flexibility which absorbs energy that would otherwise be transferred to your dog. This is where the “stiff”, two-walled plastic kennels, which claim to be safer, fail. They may not break, but when your dog hits the side of the kennel, there is no give like there is with a Ruff Land.
The raised floor in a Ruff Land also serves to provide both strength and cushion as does the designed-in body crease around the middle of the kennel.

The Mud River Dog Products Dixie Kennel Crate Cover is built to withstand the abuse of dog training and hunting. Fits over the crate to provide protection, warmth and confort for your dog. Microlite 3 insulation, dual top carry handles, Four D-rings for the tie down, rubber mesh windows, removable window flaps, multiple accessory storage pockets (leads, extra collars, treats, e-collar, bark collar, etc.), industrial rubber non-skid bottom.
The Dixie Cover has logically placed handles for ease of moving and for baggage handlers. Strategically placed D-Rings make securing your friend/ investment as easy as pulling it tight. You will also find we have placed a tough and tumble rubber mesh over each window to ensure that air is dispensed properly and to secure a snug fit while running 70. While the need for gear is essential, you will find stash pockets in all the right locations. The industrial grade bottom was not an after thought. Built to withstand years of abrasion, the chosen material is a 2-ply infused 1200D Poly that has a water resistant coating for protection in foul and unpredictable weather. Worry not! When the mercury drops, the MicroLite3 insulation will supply thermal bliss.

I have brought a dog back from hypothermia by closing the up the kennel cover as the dog lays on the cushion to regain its body temp. It's the best there is.
